Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students eligible (Any stream/branch). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal English communication skills (B2 / C1 level proficiency). Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM with at least 80% accuracy. Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound international customer inquiries and resolve issues with effective solutions. Review customer accounts, policies, and process details using specialized software tools. Deliver accurate, high-quality, and professional customer service within defined SLAs. Accurately document all customer interactions, notes, and actions taken in CRM systems. Professionally manage escalations and maintain strict adherence to quality and productivity standards.
