Who we are

Aishwi Technologies is a recruitment firm. We are the data fiduciary for the details you share with us.

What we collect

  • Contact details: name, email, mobile number, city.
  • Career details: experience, skills, current and expected pay, notice period, your CV and LinkedIn link.
  • For employers and partners: your company, role and contact details, and the requirements you share.
  • Technical details: a pseudonymous form of your IP address and the time of each submission or consent, kept as a record.

Why we use it

  • To match you with suitable roles, contact you about them, and arrange interviews.
  • To share your profile with an employer, but only after you confirm that specific role (by phone, WhatsApp, email or the one-click link we send).
  • To keep records the law requires and to protect against fraud and spam.

Who we share it with

Employers, only for roles you confirm. Service providers that run this service for us: database and file storage in Mumbai (Supabase), email delivery (Resend) and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

While you are an active candidate, and for 24 months after our last contact. After that we delete or anonymise your details unless you ask us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, update or erase your details, and you can withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect what was done before you withdrew). You can also nominate someone to act for you. Use Your data to see your details, update your resume, stop us contacting you or ask for erasure; for anything else, or to raise a grievance, contact us below. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
