About the Role: Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of cyber defenders? Aishwi Technologies LLP is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Cybersecurity Instructor to join our team onsite in Bhubaneswar.

In this role, you will lead training sessions, mentor learners through real-world attack-and-defense scenarios, and equip them with industry-relevant cybersecurity skills. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced security professional to make a direct impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: * Deliver Training: Conduct comprehensive, high-quality, and interactive sessions on core cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices. * Hands-on Mentorship: Guide students through practical labs, penetration testing simulations, vulnerability assessments, and defensive security frameworks. * Curriculum Alignment: Ensure training delivery matches current industry standards, emerging threat landscapes, and modern security toolsets. * Progress Tracking: Evaluate participant performance, provide constructive feedback, and support them in troubleshooting technical challenges.

What We Are Looking For: * Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, security engineering, or technical instruction. * Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of networking fundamentals, operating systems (Linux/Windows), vulnerability assessment, and common security tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit). * Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and public-speaking skills with the ability to break down complex technical topics for learners. * Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or equivalent are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits: * Salary: ₹50,000 per month * Duration: 3 Months (with strong potential for extension up to 1 Year) * Relocation Support: Free travel, food, and accommodation provided for the duration of the onsite assignment in Bhubaneswar.
